StackHK is an independent media team based in Hong Kong. We are a small group of tech writers, product testers, and AI enthusiasts who believe that the growing AI tools landscape deserves honest, rigorous coverage — not hype-driven marketing disguised as reviews.

Our Mission
We cut through the hype. Every week, we put the latest AI software to the test — covering productivity tools, creative apps, writing assistants, coding tools, and more — and give you a clear, practical verdict on what's actually worth your time and money.
Our content is built for professionals, founders, and curious minds across Asia and beyond who want to stay ahead of the AI curve without spending hours researching on their own.
How We Test
1. We Pay for Every Tool
We purchase subscriptions with our own money. No free accounts, no vendor-provided access, no pre-release previews. We test the same product you would buy.
2. Two Weeks Minimum
Every tool is used in real workflows for at least two weeks before we publish. Surface-level testing produces surface-level reviews — we go deeper.
3. Structured Scoring
We score every tool on four dimensions: Ease of Use, Value for Money, Feature Depth, and Support & Updates. Each is scored out of 10, and the overall score is a weighted average.
4. No Vendor Approval
We never share reviews with vendors before publication. Our editorial process is completely independent.
